• EGXPRESS company does not accept shipments that include money, stocks, or bonds. For comprehensive information, please visit our retail offices or contact our customer service to inquire about shipments that are currently not accepted. It is important to note that our company disclaims all liability for any shipments of such items that may be accepted by mistake.
• EGXPRESS shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
1. "Act of God," such as earthquakes, cyclones, storms, or floods.
2. "Force majeure," including war, plane crashes, embargoes, fires, or sinkings.
3. Any actions or omissions by external parties unrelated to EGXPRESS, including the sender of the shipment, the consignee, interested third parties, or Customs and other Government officials.
In the event that a shipment is lost, damaged, or misdelivered due to these circumstances, EGXPRESS will not be held responsible. We shall not be held accountable for any liability arising from electrical or magnetic damage, as well as the loss or destruction of electronic or photographic images or recordings.
